This hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The rooms on the 3rd floor were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily if needed. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner buffets at this hotel offered a variety of options at a good price. While it would have been nice to have some meat available for the price, the overall selection was satisfying and the food was tasty.

I had a surprising stay at this hotel! The location is a bit far from Florence city centre, but it is conveniently near the train station Firenze Campo di Marte. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the private bathroom located at the end of the hallway. I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided if needed. The breakfast offered great variety, including delicious homemade cakes. Additionally, the prices for both the rooms and the drinks at the bar were very reasonable.

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options including bread, cheese, turkey, Nutella, fruits. the room was very clean and had a nice view. the staff was friendly and gave us helpful information about nearby attractions and bus routes. the luggage room was convenient for storing our belongings after check-out.

The room was not spacious enough, especially when the hostel was fully booked. the bunkbeds could have been bigger and the noise from other guests was easily heard due to the architectural setup.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really enjoyed about this hostel. the rooms were very clean and tidy, giving off a positive impression when I first arrived. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that towels and free soap and shower gel were provided, saving me the hassle of having to bring my own.

There were also a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the location was quite far from the city center, which made it a bit inconvenient to explore the main attractions.
